Shipping Policy
Orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Processing times may vary depending on the type of artwork, customization, or current order volume. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. The artist is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party couriers, but assistance will be provided in filing claims if such issues arise. International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties applicable in their country.
Return/Refund Policy
Due to the unique and handmade nature of the artworks, all sales are considered final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, customers must notify the seller within 3 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. If approved, a replacement or refund will be arranged. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customized or personalized items cannot be returned.
